Buffalo Brush Event Policy

PRIVATE EVENTS POLICY 2019

Private In-Studio Parties
All private *in-studio parties (*events held in our facility) must meet a minimum purchase of ten attendee's admissions purchased. If less than the minimum of ten guests attends the event, the current rate for a total of ten guests will still be billed to the event coordinator (the person who made the original deposit on the event). All previously paid party fees are non-refundable but may be transferred and applied towards a future date in the event of a customer emergency request, in which event, a rescheduling fee of $50 will be applicable for reschedule dates that fall within 30 days of the original booked date event, and a fee of $100 for reschedule dates that fall beyond the 30 day mark. Such emergency requests are at the sole discretion of Buffalo Brush Paint & Sip Events and must be approved in written form.

Private off-site Parties
All private off-site parties (*events held outside our facility) must meet a minimum purchase of 25 attendee's admissions purchased. If less than the minimum of 25 guests attends the event, the current rate for a total of 25 guests will still be billed to the event coordinator (the person who made the original deposit on the event). All previously paid party fees, paid upon booking, are non-refundable but may be transferred and applied towards a future date in the event of a customer emergency request, in which event, a rescheduling fee of $50 will be applicable for reschedule dates that fall within 30 days of the original booked date event, and a fee of $100 for reschedule dates that fall beyond the 30 day mark (within the same year as the original date).
For *off-site private parties (events held in the venue of the purchaser's choice *outside* of Buffalo Brush Paint & Sip Studio. This includes churches, private residences, bars, restaurants etc) Buffalo Brush will not be responsible for any damages to premises, venue property or personal property, caused while hosting events in these venues and all participating parties agree that in purchasing an event they will hold blameless Buffalo Brush Paint and Sip for any such damages resulting from an event. Purchasing parties will be responsible for supplying all tables, chairs, lighting and adequate space for guests when hosting a private event outside of Buffalo Brush Paint & Sip Studio.

PRIVATE Party (off site/ on site) Cancellation
Customer Cancellation/ Missed Class
Due to a high demand for dates and supply ordering, cancelled private events will not be refunded. fees previously paid upon booking, for all events will be retained by Buffalo Brush.
Individual Transfers to a date within 30 days of the original date may be made at the sole discretion of Buffalo Brush Paint & Sip, if a written request is made via email (to info@buffalobrush.com) no later than 14 calendar days before the scheduled event.

OPEN EVENTS POLICY 2019
Customer Cancellation/ Missed Class
Due to limited space and reserved seating, tickets purchased for open events will not be refunded. Individual Transfers may be made at the sole discretion of Buffalo Brush Paint & Sip, if a written request is made via email (to info@buffalobrush.com) no later than 14 calendar days before the scheduled event.If the request is approved, a cash refund will not be issued however a transfer will be offered to another class that falls with 30 days of the original class, or a certificate in the amount of the total purchase price, which will be valid up to 30 days after the original class. Buffalo Brush is not responsible for a limited selection of classes that may be available within the date-range of the transfer, and no guarantee is made that the customer will transfer into a class with the same painting as the original date they transferred out of. 

Buffalo Brush Emergency Event Cancellation
Buffalo Brush Paint & Sip Events reserves the right to rescheduled open events at our discretion. A rescheduling may occur due to events such as (but not limited to) weather advisories, driving bans, instructor emergencies, unmet class minimums etc. In such an event, Buffalo Brush will offer a full refund of the purchased ticket price. 

Open Event Minimum (in studio)
Open Events require a minimum of 4 attendees to run. In the event that less than 4 attendees register, or if attendees cancel and the class drops below 4, the event will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. Attendees will be notified of the cancellation via the email address they provided at registration, so it is important to check your email before heading to class. 

REWARDS PROGRAMS 2019
Our previous rewards program from 2016-2018 is being modified for 2019. We will no longer offer the same punch card as in previous years. Please ask your instructor for further details.
